Chairman - Dr.S.A. Joy Raja, M.B.A,Ph.D (USA)

As his father, he is also a visionary and missionary in the field of quality Education . He is graduated in Computer Science and Engineering and Master of Business Administration from USA . He also worked in MNCs in Canada and USA.He has served as consultant for several Multinational projects across Globe.With this background ,he implements all his experiences and his innovative ideas and thoughts into translating our institution into a temple of learning.

Principal - Dr. E. I. Jonathan M. Sc. (Ag.), Ph.D, PDF(USA).

Dr. E. I. Jonathan had M. Sc. (Ag.) degree in Agricultural Entomology and subsequently Ph.D. in Plant Nematology at TNAU, Coimbatore. Undergone Post Doctoral Research at North Carolina State University, USA during 1998. He has completed 37 years of service involving, research, teaching and guided 24 M.Sc. (Ag.) and 19 Ph.D. students. He has published 12 books and 110 research papers in reputed National and International Journals.

During his tenure (2009-2013) as Director, Centre for Plant Protection Studies, TNAU, Coimbatore he contributed for major agronomic, ecological and economic break through in Agriculture by employing classical biocontrol for an invasive mealybug. He has organized National and International conferences in Tamil Nadu. He has successfully completed several Government of India funded projects (DBT, DST, ICAR and NADP) as Principal Investigator.

Dr. R. Kumar, M.Sc. (Agri.), Ph.D. Assistant Professor (Plant Breeding and Genetics)

Dr. R. Kumar, M.Sc. (Agri.), Ph.D had completed his B.Sc. (Agri.) and M.Sc. (Agri.) programmes from Annamalai University and Ph.D in Plant Breeding and Genetics at Centre for Plant Breeding and Genetics (CPBG), TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, Coimabtore. He has one year experience working in Emami Biotech Ltd, two years of experience as Senior Research

Fellow at TNAU and four years of teaching experience in Affiliated Agricultural colleges. He had obtained UGC – National Fellowship during the Ph.D programme (2012-2015). He had authored a book titled “Essentials of Agricultural Botany”, published 9 research papers in reputed national and international journals, and had attended several national and international conferences.

Dr. T. Thangadurai

Dr. T. Thangadurai had B.Sc.(Agri) at TNAU, AC and RI, Killikulam.He had M. Sc. (Agri.) and Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Economics at TNAU, AC and RI, Madurai. He has been7years of experienceof research and teaching.He has published 6 research papers in reputed National and International Journals. He has attendedseveral National conferences in Tamil Nadu. He has been worked in Government of India funded projects (DPAP and NIAP) as Senior Research Fellow at

TNAU,Coimbatore. Hehas specialization in Agricultural Marketing. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in Agricultural Economics, The Indian Agriculture College,Radhapuram.

Dr.Aswathy. S. Nair

Dr.Aswathy. S. Nair had B.Sc.(Agri) at Kerala Agriculture University, COA, Vellayani..She completed her M. Sc. (Agri.) from TNAU, Coimbatore. She was awarded with Ph.D. degree in Soil science and Agricultural chemistryfrom PJTSAU, Hyderabad. She was awarded with JRF (ICAR) fellowship for M.Sc and SRF (ICAR) fellowship and Ph.D respectively. She has published 14 research papers and popular articles in reputed National and International Journals. She has

attended several National and international conferences. Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor in soil science and Agricultural chemistry, The Indian Agriculture College, Radhapuram.

Dr. M. Syamala had B.Sc.(Agri) at Agricultural College and Research Institute, Killikulam. She completed her M. Sc. (Agri.) from Agricultural college and research institute, Madurai. She was awarded with Ph.D. degree in Plant pathology, Coimbatore. She was awarded with UGC fellowship for Ph.D. She has published 22 research papers and popular articles in reputed National and International Journals. She has attended several National and international conferences. Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor in Plant pathology, The Indian Agriculture College, Radhapuram.

Dr. C. Jemila M.Sc. (Ag.)., Ph.D.Assistant Professor (Soil Science) Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry

Dr. C.Jemila had M. Sc. (Ag.) degree in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry and subsequently Ph.D. in Soil Science at TNAU, Coimbatore. She had published 14 research articles in national and international peer reviewed journals and 10 popular articles in monthly magazines. She had been recognized by the International Plant

Nutrition Institute for the IPNI Research Scholar Award (2017).She received Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF 2015-16) for pursuing Ph.D research programme approved by University Grants Commission (2015) and also a holder of TNAU Junior Research Fellowship Sponsored by Rhastriya Chemicals and fertilizers Pvt. Ltd. for pursuing post Graduate research programme (2013-14).She received gold medal and Prof. T. Balakrishna prize for securing the highest cumulative grade points obtained in all courses offered in M.Sc. Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry,degree programme (2014) at AC & RI, Madurai, TN, India.She had also qualified ICAR-National Eligibility Test for Lectureship with 49 % (2016).She held a position as Secretary in the Rotaract Club. (2010- 2011) and was elected as a State Coordinator (Documentation) of Tamil Nadu under All India Agricultural Students Association. (2017). She is a holder of A (2005), B (2009) and C (2010) certificates in National Cadet Corps (NCC). She has participated more than 25 National and International symposiums,seminars workshops and conferences.
